Goodman Law Firm, P.C., an Arizona professional corporation, provides practice-management goods and services to the lawyers' professional limited liability companies; legal services are provided to clients by the lawyers through one or more professional limited liability companies. Goodman Law Firm, P.C. does not provide legal services. Lawyers determine how much they want to earn. Some overhead items are shared while a few certain overhead items are the personal responsibility of the lawyer incurring the expense. Revenues are dependent upon a number of factors including whether the work selected is hourly, flat-fee, contingent, pro bono, etc. Revenues may be allocated among the attorneys actually performing the work, the attorneys responsible for the matter, and the attorney who brought the client to the firm. Lawyers determine how long and hard they wish to work and what they earn.
