ORDER OF PROTECTIONW A R N I N G THIS IS AN OFFICIAL COURT ORDER. IF YOU DISOBEY THIS ORDER, THE COURT MAY FIND YOU IN CONTEMPT OF COURT. YOU MAY ALSO BE ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED FOR THE CRIME OF INTERFERING WITH JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS AND ANY OTHER CRIME YOU MAY HAVE COMMITTED IN DISOBEYING THIS ORDER. The Court having examined the verified petition filed in this case and good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the Respondent, whose name appears hereinabove, shall be, and hereby is, with respect to the above-named Petitioner, enjoined and restrained from the following: 1. Threatening or intimidating by word or conduct with intent to terrify to cause physical injury, or to cause serious damage to property; 2. Intentionally, knowingly or recklessly causing any physical injury; 3. Intentionally placing Petitioner or any member of Petitioner's immediate family in reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury; 4. Knowingly touching with the intent to injure, insult or provoke; 5. Unauthorized entry of Petitioner's home or of the home of any member of Petitioner's immediate family; 6. Knowingly restraining Petitioner or any member of Petitioner's immediate family; 7. Knowingly entering, or remaining on, without authorization, any real property in possession of Petitioner or any member of Petitioner's immediate family; 8. Disturbing the peace of Petitioner or any member of Petitioner's immediate family by engaging in fighting, violent or seriously disruptive behavior or unreasonable noise; 9. Using abusive or offensive language or gestures in a manner likely to provoke immediate physical retaliation; 10. Recklessly endangering with substantial risk of imminent death or physical injury; 11. Causing serious physical injury; 12. Use of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument to cause injury or place in apprehension of imminent physical injury; 13. Taking, keeping or enticing ________; 14. Defacing or damaging property; 15. Tampering with property so as to substantially impair its function or value.
