We cannot answer questions or provide advice to people who are not our clients. We cannot provide fee estimates, and we cannot determine whether we will take your case, unless we have sufficient information to adequately assess the situation; a consultation is necessary for this purpose.

We cannot provide advice via email, but you may call to arrange a telephonic or in-person consultation. We generally do not agree to representation until we have a chance to talk to the potential client and determine whether representation is appropriate.  There is a fee for a consultation.
