($10.00), and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of

husband and wife, not as tenants in common and not as joint tenants but as
community property with right of survivorship, the real property situated
in _____________ County, Arizona described in Exhibit "A," hereto, which
is hereby incorporated by reference herein (hereinafter, the "Real
Property").
Subject to current taxes and other assessments, reservations in patents
and all easements, rights-of-way, encumbrances, liens, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, obligations and liabilities as may appear of
record, Grantors hereby warrant the title as against all persons
whomsoever.
