Attorney's Fees. In any action, suit or proceeding which may be brought by any party to enforce this Agreement, or any part hereof, or any instrument executed in connection herewith, or to recover damages for the breach hereof, the court, tribunal or arbiter shall award a reasonable amount as and for attorney's fees (including out-of-pocket expenses and costs incurred by counsel) to the prevailing party in said action, suit or proceeding. |
