We
represent beneficiaries and personal representatives in Arizona probate
matters including ancillary proceedings.
Ancillary Proceeding
We assist foreign
(out-of-state) personal representatives (executors) with ancillary
proceedings. In
most cases, our fee for ordinary legal services representing the personal
representative (executor) in an ancillary proceeding is a flat fee or a
small percentage of the value of the Arizona estate.

Arizona Personal Representative
In
many cases, our fee for ordinary legal services representing the personal
representative in the administration of an uncontested, informal probate
estate is usually four percent (4%) or less of the value of the estate,
plus out-of-pocket costs. To

out-of-pocket costs include the Clerk's filing fee, the newspaper
publishing fee, the County Recorder's fees and similar fees payable to
outside agencies. Usually, the legal costs of probate administration
in an uncontested informal probate will run from two hundred fifty dollars
($250.00) to six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00).
Beneficiary
Our
usual fee for representing a beneficiary depends upon the amount of time
required and whether the representation involves negotiation, litigation
